A PLAN FOR SUCCESS

Due to computerization and the extensive development of chess theory, success at the highest level of professional chess requires not only thorough preparation by the contestant, but also substantial research and assistance by a team of seconds who are also top players. Sponsorship for such an effort is essential, and is being provided for the other three finalists by their governments, but state assistance for chess does not exist in the United States. Through this website, our foundation is trying to reach out and enlist the help of all supporters who would like to see an American player reach the pinnacle of global chess, the winning of the world championship.
